Exciting times; as two of the bar developments we have recently been involved finally open to the public in Bolton Market Place and Darwen Town Centre.
The Cave Wine & Cocktail opened its doors in the summer with a traditional feel set amongst the stunning brickwork and stonework of the existing market hall vaults, recently unearthed as part of the large redevelopment of the marketplace. The bar is proving to be a great success amongst a newly established social scene and a wide range of other restaurants, bars and shops in the town centre.
The Artisan Café & Wine Bar has only recently finished construction with a full fit out of a historic building on Darwen Town Centre’s Church Street. A forward thinking development with day time service and evening fine dining the Artisan has already firmly established itself amongst a growing and very exciting social scene. The development is a fantastic example of conservation with the full retainment of the existing façade, minimal alterations externally but a full refurbishment internally.
